Kedian West, 30 years old, I’m love in fitness and healthy food life style, I’m a personal trainer and the owner of a brand call SUPERAR Strike Premium Performance Affordable Athletic Wear for men and women, prioritize comfort & a healthy lifestyle.
“Superar Strike” SUPERAR is a Spanish word that means to overcome strike is taken from a previous brand that I had started. learning new things. coming up with creative ideas to improve something, or make something new.

Healthy food, what does it mean to you?

Take the time out to find out what you are putting into your body the types of food you consume can either give you energy or take away from you being active.

Pick a Prep Day, and start with simple. always do more than one kind of meal, not to get bored, so Start small Consider each food group. Your plates should be 1⁄2 veggies and the other 1⁄2 should be split between protein and carbs.

What are your plans in the near future?

Foods that give you the nutrients you need to maintain your health, feel good, and have energy, and protects us against many chronic noncommunicable diseases.

Yes, I am already thinking about having a bigger building with active wear store, Gym, Nutrition Bar, Therapy room so All in one like a magic place where people can go to forget their everyday problems and have a rest and relax. Now, we are getting ready for the presentation on May 20th, SUPERAR Strike will be in Store (Address: Martha’s Vineyard)

What fitness tips can you give for beginners?

The mind is the most important part of achieving any fitness goal. Regular physical activity helps your cardiovascular system work more efficiently, and when your heart and lung health improve, you have more energy to tackle daily chores!
• Start your day with a healthy breakfast,
• Eat the Right Foods and Portion Each Meal
• Exercise daily for at-least an hour
• Good Sleep
• Drink water
• No stress
• If it is boring alone than share ideas with friends which will make workout more fun, walking, running or jogging, to keep you motivated and increase your chances of sticking to your exercise plan!
