Fearless-Preneur Spotlight: Kelli Webb

Chicago native, Kelli Webb, has truly grown to be a “Fearless-Preneur,” and believes in remaining humbled with every opportunity she is blessed to receive. When it comes to business, Kelli has no hesitation saying before accepting anything, she speaks with God first, and the mentor/adviser with HE leads her to all while striving to wear each professional title with humility, honor, gratitude, dignity, and responsibility. Kelli’s first and most important job is being a mother of two, and showing them firsthand the ups and downs, as well as the determination of accepting your purpose, making your dreams, your vision, and your vision a reality. 

Attending Thornridge High School, located in Dolton, IL, is where she learned the first steps of being focused, determined, dedicated, and a true multitasker all while successfully graduating with honors. Kelli continued her education at DeVry University studying Forensic Science & Business Management and South Suburban College studying Nursing, completing both. Always having a desire to help others, she realized that she was not truly following her desired dream and passion. 

Starting her adult career working in corporate America allotted her several skills and experiences that she has carried over into her starting and operating her current businesses. After becoming ill at work and leaving Corporate America for good in May of 2014, Kelli started her career in the entertainment industry modeling and acting, which is where she fell back in love with the position of being behind the scenes. In 2015, Kelli launched her Atlanta-based company, at the time, PureDyamond Enterprises, which was re-launched due to the name change to Dyamond Enterprises in 2016, specializing in Public Relations and Events. In March of 2020 (pre-pandemic shutdown), announcing the official launch of the Professional Organizing company KNK Design, and the Luxury Comfort Boutique Komfort Kollection, with the first collection release being the “Komfort Kandles” luxury candle line. Never having a belief in limitations or limiting oneself, her radio show Kasual Konvo launched on September 6, 2021, on f2gradio.net. 

Just having the desire of being successful in business, is not her only mission, but the desire to begin her 501(c) 3, which is dedicated to women, women with children, as well as young minority men and families, in general, is her next goal that she is determined to achieve and will be accomplished very soon.
